No FFe should be necessary, as these are only changes to fix PHP7.0
support.
Note that Debian has subsequently reverted the patch mentioned in
1.0.1-3. This is because they need to maintain BC to PHP5, which this
patch breaks. We do not have the same concern. And while src:php-
phpseclib (implementing phpseclib 2.0) has the same change already, it
is not clear that all packages can transition to the new API.
