Binary package hint: network-manager-vpnc
Network Manager fails to connect to a network using the NULL cipher while using
the command line vpnc client works correctly using:
vpnc --enable-no-encryption
NetworkManager should ask the user to confirm if he agrees on using the
NULL cipher (and also allow remembering the choice) for the network
being used and if the user agrees tries to connect again using the
--enable-no-encryption flag.
