In this context, I'd like the behavior to be approved by design,

As was discussed with design & Olivier:

- the option to have the files be downloaded by the webapp in the ~/Downloads 
folder is not straightforward security wise
- on the contrary having the webapps "own" those downloaded files might 
fragment the files across apps,
- delegating to the webbrowser for downloads might be an intermediate solution 
but the delegation process per-se might be confusing to the user (since the 
browser is not strictly associated as being the owner of ~/Downloads)
