run command "sudo apt-get update " and "apt-get install python3" in terminal ,
then
run apport-collect 1564217 and get the following prompt:
/usr/share/apport/apport-gtk:16: PyGIWarning: Wnck was imported without
specifying a version first. Use gi.require_version('Wnck', '3.0') before import
to ensure that the right version gets loaded.
from gi.repository import GLib, Wnck, GdkX11, Gdk
I get the workaround from

But I still get error message when run command 'apport-collect 1564217':
ERROR: connecting to Launchpad failed:
You can reset the credential by removing the file
"/home/vmware/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"

this issue but does not provide valid
workaround for me.)
I'm running behind a proxy and the internet connection was working fine.
