xenial has usb-modeswitch 2.2.5 , but 'proposed' archive have loaded
usb-modeswitch-data to 20160112
but its changelog shows:
- All Option configs updated with new OptionMode parameter from
usb-modeswitch 2.3.0
* Bump Recommends/Breaks against usb-modeswitch to 2.3.0
So the upgrade wants to remove usb-modeswitch 2.2.5. So the need of at least
2.3.0
