php-mongo does not support PHP7
(https://docs.mongodb.org/ecosystem/drivers/php/#compatibility). This
will make php-horde-mongo uninstallable, but that is accurate, as it
does not yet support php-mongodb which is needed for PHP7 support
(https://bugs.horde.org/ticket/14309).
