I just performed a full download of cdimage.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/daily- live/current/xenial-desktop-amd64.iso
Results were same stopping in Kubuntu Live Desktop with Desktop Folder Open containing Icon to install same as first screenshot attached when this incident opened. If there is any additional commands I can issue to further prove this or collect documentation then please supply instructions.
