It turns out that there isn't actually a particularly straightforward
way to do this in germinate. ubuntustudio-desktop is excluded not only
because it's a metapackage (and I will weaken that check) but also
because it's already in the desktop seed, and germinate intentionally
omits packages that are already in inner seeds.

Could you please just hardcode the ubuntustudio-desktop dependency in
the appropriate places in ubuntustudio-meta/debian/control? I think that
will be the best approach.
