Adding upstream, please file a bug at
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/. Closing this Wont Fix here, as
this is quite touch to solve properly: If someone changes the UI
language of LibreOffice, should that really change default paths? Are
the localized path locations the same on all OSes? Are they even the
same for different Desktop Environments in all l10ns (GNOME vs. KDE)? If
not, how to resolve this? Anyway, discussion is for upstream, please.

** Summary changed:

- LibreOffice: the default file path for storing documents, does not take into
account the localization of the system
+ [Upstream] The default file path for storing documents does not take into
account the localization of the system

** Also affects: df-libreoffice
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New
