@Alberts Okay .. It begins to crash after reverting this patch on the newest metacity version.
Metacity crashes up to 4 times today, but doesn't making windows disappearing any more! Without the reverting of this patch, Metacity never crashes itself, but leading to 3-4 times of window missing every day. It seems that this patch makes metacity not crash any more but begin to disappear normal widgets other than nautilus background.
