Please follow the instructions in the section "CUPS error_log" on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems.

In addition, please do the following:

Open a terminal window and there run the following commands:

sudo systemctl stop cups-browsed
sudo /usr/sbin/cups-browsed --debug 2>&1 | tee log.txt

Wait for the remote CUPS printers being picked up by cups-browsed (see
"lpstat -v" in another terminal window) and then do whatever was causing
the problem for you, like for example shutting down the system (with or
without running print jobs?).

After that, attach the error_log and log.txt here. Please do not
compress these files and do not package them together. Attach them one
after the other.

Thanks.
