Public bug reported:
Vkontakte one of the biggest social network in Russia, and in all post
USSR countries too. They don't planning to support Ubuntu push server.
And to fix this i think in polld must be implemented some kind of
polling functionality. This will greatly increase ability to stay
informed by service which cannot or don't wont to support Ubuntu push
sever notifications.
