Public bug reported:

I would like the tool h2load added to the nghttp2-client package. This
is a tool similar to ab (apache benchmark) but with support for http2.

The tool's source is already included in the source of the ubuntu
package and get's built by normal compilation of the package. It's just
that the file wasn't included in the nghttp2-client package. It only
weight 7.8k.

The related libnghttp2-doc package already includes an HTML version of
the man page as well as a HOWTO use the tool.

1. Description: Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch)
Release: 16.04
2. nghttp2-client:
  Installed: 1.7.1-1
  Candidate: 1.7.1-1
  Version table:
 *** 1.7.1-1 500
        500 http://ubuntu-mirror.greencore.int/ubuntu xenial/universe amd64
Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
3. I expected the tool to be present as part of the client package.
4. The tools is missing from the nghttp2-client package.
