Public bug reported:
Open two different applications, with at least one having two windows.
For example Chromium and two terminals.
Set focus on a terminal. Alt-Tab will switch to Chrome. Alt-Tab again
will switch back to the terminal you were previously on.
Now, Alt-` to switch to the other terminal. Alt-Tab will now switch back
to previous terminal and NOT to Chrome, which is wrong according to what
Alt-Tab and Alt-` are supposed to do.
This is happening on 16.04, 15.10.
