Nick, the version in the opensuse repository can't change bandwith settings. The version in ubuntu's repos is outdated and has a big usability problem. The other one has a much bigger functionality problem. It's kind of strange that the new LTS version of ubuntuis going to come with such a poor support for owncloud, which is becoming more and more a must.
