Public bug reported:
tpm2-tools (1.0.0+20160226.64b3334-0ubuntu1) does not depend on
libtss2-utils, but all tpm2 commands require the TSS resource manager
daemon to be started. The binary package tpm2-tools should depend on
libtss2-utils.
