* QA upload.
* Set Debian QA Group as maintainer. (see #818383)
* debian/control:
- Bumped Standards-Version to 3.9.7.
- Changed from cgit to git in Vcs-Browser field.
- Little adjustments and improvements in long description.
- Updated the Vcs-* fields to use https instead of http and git.
* debian/copyright:
- Added the rights about debian/manpages/genallman.sh file.
- Changed the packaging license from GPL-3 to GPL-3+.
- Dropped dot-zero from GPL license short name.
- Updated the packaging copyright years.
* debian/gbp.conf: useless. Removed.
* debian/man/:
- Renamed to manpage. Consequently, updated the debian/manpages file.
- Little adjustments and improvements in manpage.
- Renamed header.txt to goldeneye.header.
- Switched genman.sh to genallman 0.3 version.
* debian/patches/goldeneye.py: renamed to 10_fix_help.patch.
* debian/rules: removed the --parallel option from dh.
* debian/watch: bumped to version 4.
