It seems the non-languagepack translations, as documented at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline, have not all
been updated for 16.04 LTS. The freeze started April 7th, after which
they should have been updated.
At least the following have been reported as not updated:

- ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu
