Hi,
I was experimenting with openvpn this morning and couldn't get it to drop a
connection with multiple torrents consuming almost all my connection provides.
I'd ask you to test with 16.04 if possible if you can recreate it there.
In that case please share a bit more how much torrent BW you consume between
which peers the VPN is and what bandwidth those have and so on.
