Public bug reported:

Guayadeque was removed from Debian (and therefore from Ubuntu).   I
don't see any compelling reason to keep the scope around when we don't
have the music player packaged.  The code for the scope has not been
updated since 2013-10-21 (which is similar to the amount of time
Guayadeque has not been updated in.
