I install three packages:

amd64 network monitoring solution - agent
ii zabbix-frontend-php 1:2.4.6+dfsg-1
all network monitoring solution - PHP front-end
ii zabbix-server-mysql 1:2.4.6+dfsg-1
amd64 network monitoring solution - server (using MySQL)
when I start to configure the zabbix server, the screen "Configure the
DB connection" only provides one choice: Postgres
