Steps to reproduce:
* Start with a fresh device (or delete trust.db)
* Open camera app, it will show the trust prompt for accessing the camera
* do a right edge swipe and close the app without responding to the trust prompt
* Restart the camera app again
=> actual: app stays black and does nothing
expected: It should show the trust prompt again
** Affects: camera-app (Ubuntu)
