Public bug reported:

Running Xenial on a brand new T460s, I'm experiencing quite annoying
graphics glitches. In certain regions of the screen, it looks like lines
are missing or shifted, see attachments. Sometimes, a complete line even
flickers constantly.

I've tried several video options in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf
including disabling SwapbuffersWait and TrippleBuffer.

I've also observed the same behaviour with mainline kernels 4.5 and
4.6-rc3, as well as after upgrading Intel Graphics Firmware to
https://01.org/linuxgraphics/downloads/skylake-guc-6.1.
