Just realised that I still have not got the wording right in the description regarding the workaround. I think a simpler workaround given the current layout of the hpcups.drv file is just to remove the first occurence of each the duplicated pagesize and PageSize and PageRegion lines in the ppd and make sure the second one is picked up by default. I will hold off modifying the description until others have verified this.
