/lib/apparmor/functions has this:
PROFILES_SNAPPY="/var/lib/snappy/apparmor/profiles"
The recent snappy path renames move the profiles to
/var/lib/snapd/apparmor/profiles so now snappy apparmor profiles are not
loading on boot.

PROFILES_SNAPPY="/var/lib/snapd/apparmor/profiles"
