what i expect
* open the magnet link, either by clicking it directly or using cli
('transmission-gtk magnet_link_here')
* 'torrent option' window is open and files in the torrent are shown and can be
selected.
* click open and torrent will be downloaded at designated place.
what happen
* open the magnet link, either by clicking it directly or using cli
('transmission-gtk magnet_link_here')
* the 'torrent option show only empty list see pic 1
* when the open button clicked, 'transmission' download the torrent normally
