Public bug reported:
The logic that partman-auto-raid uses in raid-autocfg to fetch the
current RAID device number(if any), greps for 'active' in /proc/mdstat.
In scenarios where an inactive raid exists due to one of the disks(being
reused), this greps the entire inactive raid string. As a result,
instead of returning the mdraid device number, it fetches the string
"md127 : inactive sdj[2](s)" and tries to append it to "/dev/md" and
fails creating the requested RAID device.
