Steps to reproduce the bug in 16.04:

1. Go to Home folder
2. Navigate to Public folder
3. Click on Preferences (Top right), this will open Personal File Sharing 
Preferences window
4. Click on Help (bottom left of Personal File Sharing Preferences window)
5.  Help window will open, but fails to show the help. Instead you will see an 
error:

     Document Not Found
     The URI ‘help:gnome-user-share/index’ does not point to a valid page.

** Affects: gedit (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
