Settings set for vibration on notifications
1) Reboot the phone, with lots of new gmail messages pending
2) Phone starts vibrating rapidly, seems once per new message with vibrations
in short succession
3) Then a notification is displayed that says "39 new messages.."
Expected behavior:
- Whenever we receive gmail notifications, we should only vibrate once
regardless of how many messages were received. Currently it seems we vibrate
once per message
