Thank you for your bug. That's an upstream decision and is consistent
with other application, not a bug. You should open a bugs on
bugzilla.gnome.org if you want to argue with their choice, we are not
going to do an Ubuntu specific change there

Mousezoom in 7.10 works only with CTRL is pressed, need a Switch to do this as
default like in 7.04
