The most correct solution would be for the opengl interface to query udev to obtain the necessary paths to add to the policy. This feature will be needed for device assignment as well so that we don't give away all of udev (which is an information leak and can be used to track users).
The short term solution would be to try to limit the udev access via hardcoding the paths in the policy.
