Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. What is the most recent version of Ubuntu that you have
tried this with? I believe this should be fixed in Gutsy Gibbon. Could
you try the Beta CD? Could you also try and capture the exact error
message? Thanks in advance.
