Ubuntu Mate 15.10 and earlier versions didn't recognize Killer wireless at all. Ubuntu Mate recognizes Killer wireless (as in can see the networks). This is definitely progress. However, it still cannot connect to WPA/WPA2 protected networks.
I would gladly test the newest kernel, but how can I do it? I have the newest Ubuntu Mate live DVD, have a cable connection to internet and I see the link to deb files. What should I do to test the kernel? Would be great if you can comment here: http://askubuntu.com/questions/758811/testing-the-newest-kernel-without-rebooting Please consider elevating the importance to High. Live CD with Internet incapable distro is a pain on the neck for experienced users and an immediate dealer breaker for newcomers.
