Public bug reported:
The geany-plugins metapackage for xenial, updated along with Geany to
version 1.27+dfsg-2 shortly before the xenial release, does not depend
on the geany-plugin-lineoperations package (which was added to xenial
universe at the same time). This is the Line Operations plugin which was
added to Geany in version 1.27. I guess the omission isn't intentional
but just an oversight by the package maintainers.
