* Wait for new OTA to be released
* Reboot phone and wait until mobile data connection is established
* Goto system settings and click 'updates'. (screenshot_0)
Actual result:
* App updates are shown (screenshot_1)
Expected result:
* All updates are shown

* Establish wifi connection and repeat (screenshot_3)
