The structure and contents of mysql-source-5.7 has changed from mysql-
source-5.6, requiring some changes to the build configure:
* Some header files have been moved (binlog headers)
* Some header files have been removed (structs.h, my_pthread.h)
* Some function signatures have changed (my_hash_init, my_multi_malloc)
** Affects: pinba-engine-mysql (Ubuntu)
