Hm, that seems like a misunderstanding to me. When talking about
"missing/unknown instructions in valgrind", maybe you refer to LP:
#1563420 ("valgrind: Backport Valgrind patches for s390 to Ubuntu
16.04") and maybe LP: #1569391 (popcnt (B9E1) support incomplete)? Or
are there any other Valgrind fixes that I'm not aware of?
