I tried installing ubiquity in Arabic.
The slideshow text consistently appears on the right (as it should for
RTL languages), but that makes it pop over the background image we might
have for the mascot. It may be necessary to adjust the CSS or page
layouts to account for the correct text placement for RTL languages such
as Arabic. I haven't tried other RTL languages, but I have no reason to
believe it works any differently.
