What is /etc/init.d/rtm ? This isn't from Ubuntu
(http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?searchon=contents&keywords=%2Fetc%2Finit.d%2Frtm&mode=exactfilename&suite=xenial&arch=any),
but apparently some broken third-party init.d script.
