On youtube the video lags behind the audio of the video
Device Information: BQ Aquarius M10
OS Version Ubuntu 15.04 OTA10.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to youtube
2. Play a video preferably one with a distinct matching between audio and video
like somebody talking.
3. Notice that the audio is heard roughly 1 second before seeing that which
caused the sound. For instance someone's mouth still moving after they stopped
talking in the video.
