Ubuntu 16.04 oem config prepare:
On first boot by the end user he has to fill in all data and select keyboard,
language etc. Than oem config does configure and the user is logged in
automatic or with password.
On that stage the wireless network stated "device not ready"
But after reboot the wireless network is ok.
