Public bug reported:
Freshly install Xubuntu 16.04. Install gufw. When attempting to run it,
I got the following error:
root@discofish:~# gufw
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/share/gufw/gufw/gufw.py", line 21, in <module>
from view.gufw import Gufw
File "/usr/share/gufw/gufw/view/gufw.py", line 19, in <module>
import gi
ImportError: No module named gi
Package gufw was install from command prompt as such: 'apt-get install gufw'
After manually installing package python-gobject, gufw ran normally.
This was not the case with Xubuntu 15.10.
