Public bug reported:
Plain install of 16.04 on Hyper-V has multiple issues.
First the install hangs on "Remove the install media and press Enter"
After a reboot the OS lets the user log in, but the desktop appears empty.
Right clicking activates the context menu, but it flickers in and out several
times a second.
Normal operation seems possible, but any app launched flickers badly.
Test Machine:
Win 10
Hyper-V
Intel on-chip graphics
