Public bug reported:
If user gets a new text/Telegram message/email etc. while the device is
locked, the pop up notification shows the name of the sender and (at
least a part of) the message. There should be an option in privacy
settings enabling which the pop up notification would not contain any
info about the sender or message body, e.g. it may look like "You have n
new text(s)/Telegram message(s)" etc.
