Public bug reported:

I have recently found that on Ubuntu 16.04 (in a 64-bit VirtualBox VM)
that the webbrowser-app application does not start when launched from
the launcher (it flashes for a little bit but then stops and does
nothing else). If I however try to launch it from Terminal I get:

webbrowser-app: error while loading shared libraries: libGL.so.1:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This may be related to bug #1573762 but note that this was in a VM and
that I have Intel drivers.
