Public bug reported:

Hello,

Virtualbox is erroring repeatedly with Cannot access memory at address
0x35 error. this was tried both on Ubuntu 14.04 and Ubuntu 16.04 hosts
and Virtualbox 4.3 and Virtualbox 5 respectively.

i would like to attach the error message screenshots to this ticket.

Also, sometimes I add the line divider=10 nopic on the guest OEL5
/etc/grub.conf, not sure if this is caused regarding this.

Any help would be highly appreciable as I need to create virtualbox vm's
and work on those vm's and this is sort of a daily thing for me. With
this errors, i am not able to use virtualbox at all and this is a major
pain for me.

Thank you.
