The default setup runs a ovs monitor to respawn it once e.g. a crash happens.
But since after crash init fails for the blocking old sockets a crash means it
is gone until manual cleanup.
There are various discussions around that in openvswitch, but it likely is 2.6
or even later and unlikely to be backportable.
We will have to wait a bit more until that finalizes.
