Dictionaries like
/usr/share/hunspell/es_ANY.aff
/usr/share/hunspell/es_ANY.dic
and
/usr/share/hyphen/hyph_sv.dic
don't work. At least they are not recognized in LibreOffice.
For instance, as regards the hyphen-sv package we need:
$ ls -l /usr/share/hyphen | grep sv
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 102979 jan 27 01:58 hyph_sv.dic
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 11 apr 25 18:11 hyph_sv_FI.dic -> hyph_sv.dic
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 11 apr 25 18:10 hyph_sv_SE.dic -> hyph_sv.dic
