Might be related to Bug #148162 but not sure :
I'm using gutsy updated and could reproduce the bug on three different
computers :
1) install msttcorefonts
2) open a new OpenOffice document
3) write É
4) set this letter to be Arial : it works
5) set the letter to bold (Arial bold) it is displayed as "..." !!!
É exists in this font in bold (you can see it in gucharmap)
