we live in different timezone :p

I would prefer decrease the delay time down to 1s, but keep it wait
infinitely.

according my original post (boot up with degraded RAID, 5s -> 10s), it
takes up to 10s in my case, so I don't think increasing delay from 0.5s
to 2s is enough for even worse cases, that's why I leave an option in
default/libvirt-bin.

do I need to post the patch set again if we just change to number? or
maybe I should create a merge-request?
